The suite features high ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors. The building is 142 years old, so it could tell many stories. It housed the post office, and J.J. Keller started here.

The suite is located in the heart of Downtown, steps from a bakery, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Free parking is available on the street and behind the building, and in the ramp after 4 pm weekdays and all weekend.

The Lease

We offer a modified gross lease. We will pay for property taxes, liability and property coverage for the building, and maintenance of the common areas. Tenant will be responsible for the rent, phone/internet, BID fee, and any parking ramp permit(s). The lease rate is negotiable.
